EDIA Strategy & Measurement

Turning Insight Into Lasting Change

I help transform equity commitments into measurable outcomes through data, research, strategic measurement, unified strategy and human-centered design

About

I bring over 20 years of experience in research, analytics and strategy across STEM, non-profit and corporate sectors. My work is grounded in integrity and driven by the belief that equitable systems must be both inclusive and accountable. As a pattern whisperer, I specialize in bridging full-stack data analytics with unified equity strategy and measurement design to create sustainable, measurable impact.

After years in STEM, I’m now applying my experience in research, analytics, and problem-solving to advance fairness in workplaces and communities, evidence-based, measurable strategy, programs and measurement systems that support sustainable outcomes.

My work focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform analytics-driven, community-centered initiatives, helping groups and communities thrive. Alongside this, I’ve led non-profit programs and community initiatives that advance career, inclusion, and opportunity for underrepresented populations, particularly in STEM.

My path has been shaped learning to build a foundation for myself, this demanded resilience; experiences that continue to inform my perspective on how inclusive systems, or their absence, shape human experience. This awareness grounds my work in both evidence and empathy. I design with people at the center, ensuring strategies aren’t just theoretical but practical and lived.

These experiences help me navigate complex dynamics. Building for human rhythms, I apply empathy, inclusive design and actionable strategies.

While personal and cultural experiences may seem separate from work, they shape how individuals engage, collaborate and influence workplace culture, positively and negatively. They are essential to consider in creating effective, inclusive teams and systems.

Sharing these experiences reflects my commitment to integrity and transparency, because authenticity is essential for building trust.
