Data-Driven EDIA Strategist
Turning Insight Into Lasting Change
I help transform equity commitments into measurable outcomes through data, research, strategy and human-centered design
About
I bring over 20 years of experience in research, analytics and strategy across STEM, non-profit and corporate sectors. My work is grounded in integrity and driven by the belief that equitable systems must be both inclusive and accountable. As a pattern whisperer, I specialize in bridging full-stack data analytics with equity strategy design to create sustainable, measurable impact.
After years in STEM, I’m now applying my expertise in research, analytics, and problem-solving to advance fairness in workplaces and communities, designing strategies and programs that are evidence-based, measurable, and impactful.
My work focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform analytics-driven, community-centered initiatives, helping groups and communities thrive. Alongside this, I’ve led non-profit programs and community initiatives that advance career, inclusion, and opportunity for underrepresented populations, particularly in STEM.
My path has been shaped by challenges that demanded resilience; experiences that continue to inform my perspective on how inclusive systems, or their absence, shape human experience. This resilience grounds my work in both evidence and empathy. I design with people at the center, ensuring strategies aren’t just theoretical but practical and lived.

While personal and cultural experiences may seem separate from work, they shape how individuals engage, collaborate and influence workplace culture, positively and negatively and are essential to consider in creating effective, inclusive teams and systems.
Sharing these experiences reflects my commitment to integrity and transparency, because authenticity is essential for building trust.
